How can we help?
A question or a problem in the game
If joining fails, read the game’s message first: an invitation may have expired, seats may be full, or your practice balance may be below the buy-in. Ask the host for a new invitation when the old one expires. Keep the table name and hand number if you need to describe an issue.
Do not send passwords or login codes. You do not need to provide payment details to ask about practice chips: these are not withdrawable funds.
A correction to a guide
Open support in the game, sign in, and send the page link and the wording you find unclear or inaccurate. An example or reliable reference helps explain the issue. Choose “Ask a person” if you want human review. For a game problem, add the table name, approximate time and hand number if available. Return to support to follow the reply and confirm resolution when it answers your request.
Whale Club invitations
Open Whale Club in the game to see the invitation options. Requesting an invitation does not guarantee a seat or a game date, and does not mean a game is live now.
Sign in to your game account to submit a support request. You can follow the reply and ask for a person in the support dialog.
